WHY WON'T IT LOAD OR SAVE?????????????????????????????

Recommended Posts

varez, save me!

It seems that when one problem on MTA is solved, another problem arises.

I'm trying to meet a deadline next month to release my server but these loading and saving

problems are going to be the death of me. I don't know what I should do to fix these problems.

Whenever I try to load a map in the editor, I click the load button and

nothing happens. It just sits there doing nothing. I've opened the meta files in notepad

and made sure the file path is correct. I've checked the filesize to be sure it's not corrupt.

Everything is how it should be, but it won't even load! The same thing goes for saving.

If I reinstall MTA, then try to load the map it will work for a while. Then I'll try to save it.

When I try to save the map, I click the save button and it acts like it's loading, but nothing

happens. If it's not one thing giving me problems, it's going to be the other. I need help fast.

Here's a fraps video of this problem

Haha, yes. It's not stupidly big, but it has a fair amount of objects.

However, I've taken into consideration the visible object limit. It seems now that if

I reinstall MTA and map my server for about 45 minutes it seems to work.

But after 3 saves or so, it begins to screw up. I have to Ctrl + Alt + Delete

around this point and reload the map. But it doesn't even load my unsaved

map, so anything I was working on at this point gets deleted. I have about

2 or 3 saves before this happens. Then I have to reinstall MTA and do it over.

Help my noob ass.
