Freeroam spawns

Hi, i've just set up my own freeroam server but i always spawn at this crappy default freeroam map. How do I create my own freeroam map? I went into map editor and found a nice spot to start and put some vehicles on parking lots but I don't know how to place a spawn. Also... I saved my map a couple times but now when I open it all the vehicles are gone! Can you guys help me out?

"play" resource is having spawn point saved.

i cant seem to find any reasonable spawning code in the script since 'random math' sounds like someone doesnt know what he's doing, so if anyone could also help me with this?

Last time i tried it there was only a deathmatch spawn and I couldn't enter any vehicles. I was just walking through them. And the camera was frozen at one place.
