krYshuT
I've noticed that, the checkpoint size on the server is like 3-4 times bigger compared to what I set in the editor. Some people I know have the same issue. And yes, I updated all the resources to the newest ones. Now I have to fill in 3 to 4 times smaller amount in all the checkpoint's properties to have normal checkpoints size on server. Any solution? Sexserghy ♥
For whic game MTA or SAMP!? If u r working for samp u have something like this -> SetPlayerCheckpoint(i,2308.3540,-2354.0039,12.6842,8.0); And the last number 8.0 set the size of ur checkpoint..So i dont understand in MTA scripting but i think its the same in few ways..Try that.. dzek (varez)
changing every marker would be boring. hope Sexserghy you are using MTA Map Editor for creating maps for MTA. Link to comment
krYshuT
Sexserghy, that's what I mentioned - that I have to set 3 to 4 times smaller checkpoint size, but that's not my style. I need my maps work on server exactly, how I created them in the editor. And that's the problem. So? Any Ideas how could I fix this? This bug really sux. Link to comment
dzek (varez)
um, triend reinstalling things? like: install mta to new, clean folder, don't copy old stuff - just run pure mta and try again. Link to comment
krYshuT
Yeah varez, that's what I do always when things doesn't work how they should. ^^ Tried like million times... A friend of mine, who I'm making maps with have got the same problem. It looks like the problem is in the editor. Because server should read cp's size always the same way. Link to comment
dzek (varez)
uhm.. tried 1.0.3 (older) version of mta? Link to comment
SDK
This may sound silly, but could you try to change the first line in your map file to this: <map edf:definitions="race,editor_main"> (For the ones interested, I think these lines 272-278 in race_server.lua cause the problem ) I haven't tried this myself, but I had the same problem as you once. It happened after I edited the map manually a bit. Link to comment
krYshuT
You are a genius! There was exactly the core of the problem! Thx a bunch! Link to comment
