user tracks for mta

hi guys im new to the forum i go on san andreas quite alot on mta now for some reason i cant use the user tracks in the game i tried going into single player mode updating the list coming of it then going to mta but it still doesnt bring the songs up whats wrong all the songs i have in the user track folder are shortcuts how do i fix this issue
