San Andreas Multiplayergame with people, cars, weapons

Hi,

i'd like to know, if there is a possibility to open a mta san andreas game where the streets are not empty.

Like the San Andreas solo game, but with friends, they can they game.

Like the GTA 2 Multiplayer.

I don't think this would be possible, maybe i'm wrong but i guess would make lag for the players.

In short, it'd be possible using quite a bit of scripting, but the peds/cars etc wouldn't really be as random as single player.

yeah, they would be more stupid etc, also i think is not that easy to make it like single player.

No, i don't want other players. I just want passersby and cars, just like in the singleplayer.

And weapons all over the map.

Don't you remember the GTA 2 multiplayer. I Just want a mode like this in MTA SA.

Like I said, that's possible, but it would require a significant amount of scripting for enough randomization of pedestrians and vehicles (which would ideally spawn around players, not completely fixed peds/cars).
