how can i see the pass listed in accounts.xml/internal.db

some members always forget their pass and i wanna know how to receive it

passwords are encoded in one way encryption. you can't decrypt it.

if their forgets passowrds - they should use simplier one if its too hard for them to remeber ~10 letters, or just note it on this thing and attach to their monitor ;|
