Try to Develope the RACE Mod Rate This Suggestion

He Made an Admin Panel ... Why You Guys, Don't Share Scripting Each Others and Will make a Powerful Race User Panel I Think There Many good Scripters Here ... and a Lot can Make any Thing ... They Don't even How ... But they try and Success ! This is what I Meant ... Make a User Panels , for Freeroam, RACE, Basemod, This GameMods ... so Making a Panel Won't be Hard Because I Saw many Servers is Good, But Don't have a User Panel and Don't know how to Script and Don't Have Scripters ... lol, Just Suggestion Don't Understand it In another Meaning ... and a Guy like me, only have the 'MAP EDITOR' Why he Need a Panel ?

Two Hands better Than one ... lol While Installing the Game, We can add 'Panels' Tab, and Contain Many Panels, RACE, FreeRoam, BaseMode ... It's Not very Hard ... I Saw lil_today Made a Powerful Panel ... and No one Ever can Make like it ... and, WTF ??? Don't Disappoint me I'am Just Helping ... for Better MTA P.S = When MTA:IV will Release ???
