Importing Grapple hook mod into MTA 1.0

I downloaded the Grapple hook mod from MTA site but when i downloaded it, it never gave me instructions on how to import it into MTA. Can someone please tell me how to import the Grapple Hook so i can use it in MTA. files are

Grapple_Client.lua

Grapple_Server.lua

Meta.xml

its for mta:sa i assume, so this is wrong subforum for this question.

just put zip file (dont extract) into /server/mods/deathmatch/resources folder and start it from console ("start name_of_resource")

I did it i re downloaded it but well it gives me the Grapple.zip and when i extract it it open the files so tis 3 diff files instead of staying compressed in the Grapple.zip... How can i fix this.

You don't need to extract the file at all. Just copy Grapple.zip into the /server/mods/deathmatch/resources in your MTASA folder, then type start in the console.

There is a section on the Wiki about this process.

Nvm i understand but now when i load it it Says it cant find the Meta.xml. Thing is is that it is in the Server/mods/Deathmatch/Resources and its names Grapple.zip with all teh 3 files in it but it says it cant find Meta.xml please help im new at this.
