I cant create an account on my server

i have created a server but when i try to make myself an admin i cant. i try creating a account using the format /addaccount accountname password. it comes up with the notice ACL access denied, `addaccount`

what do i do

If you have access to the server console, use the 'addaccount' command there (without the /)

TO ADD A NEW ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TO OPEN THE SERVER AND WAIT UNTIL IT CONNECT ,THEN TYPE IN THE BLLACK WINDOWN(THE SERVER WINDOW) ADDACCOUNT USER NAME PASS AND TO LOGIN OPEN MTA SA GO TO YOUR SERVER AND TYPE IN THE CONSOLE LOGIN USERNAME PASS
