nothing comes up.

ive tried multiple times but still no success.

it works on my other computer but not my laptop.

That's not a valid router model number. There should be a sticker somewhere on the router itself, please find the correct model number and post it.

If any firewall, try adding an exemption for MTA inbound/outbound.
