so how to create functions avaible by typing in chat like !somecommand

and i really need some way to disable /login and /register command

any way is good, or if i can replace it with my own event...

and when you have player named lolohahha

then when you example type !somecommand lolo, so you wouldn't have to type full name of the player

You can disable commands in acl.xml. Making commands that start with ! is so unprofessional and old. Why would you want that?
