[NL] We are looking for a MTA SCRIPTER

Hello everybody,

I am Mypee, I am currently the owner of a project called 'sampSQL', it is a website for everybody who has a samp server, it will create a subdomain for each server and It shows the server statistics of the server, for a example I upload here a picture where u can see one of our tools. It is a modified Google maps app with the map of Gta San Andreas. Everybody who is playing in the server of the subdomain will be monitored in this map. Later we will create a live chat, so u can talk with the players ingame in your webbrowser! All our scripts work with MySQL, so u must know what mySQL is before u can help us But at the moment we got only scripters for samp. So we tought that if we create it for mta too there would be more users, and servers! By the way, everything we make will be FREE for everybody. So we don't pay people.

I don't really believe the MTA community is going to support a SA-MP project.

As dylan2en said, nobody will want to work with you on an samp project on MTA forum. Besides, there are more possibilities in MTA and such project would be made within a few simple scripts. As a matter of fact, there are a few for MTA already, webstats, webadmin, webmap. Just search the community site.

I think that is right, but it isnt only for samp, it is for mta too, for example: we will create sampstats.com and mtastats.com. And everybody will get a subdomain for samp on sampstats.com and for a mta server they will get a subdomain on mtastats.com. So the scripters dont really work with a samp project.

It can be that there are already scripts for mta servers (I didnt know) but a server owner cant do anything wtih a php tool if he hasnt got a website. This is a solution for those people. It is free and easy to use. That is everything what a simple server owner need for a nice website (just a server). Btw, what does it matter if this is made in a few simple scripts?

Because the same actual thing is already existing

You don't need PHP module to make stats website for your server. Every MTA server has an HTTP server buit-in. You can use JavaScript to call Lua functions to get server stats. You can make a website based system if you want too.

You can use PHP SDK to make a web tool for your server.. Or you can use other programming SDKs like Java, Perl or C# which are available to download at wiki.

And as I said, there are a few resources which do what you want to do already and they come with MTA.

Ohw, I see there are already a few solutions. and Dylan? do u mean game-monitor.com? If u want to get your server on that list u have to pay at least 4,35 dollar per month! I think that is a lot of money to spend on it. And why would people pay to that site if it is already possible to do it with ur own server without that site? I think that my site has still got the same chance to get servers&users for 0 dollar per month .

thats right.. im not sure, but paymants was for special features like higher priority, better place on unsorted list, etc etc..

and.. every big project have to be non-free.. until the owner REALLY want to spend his own cash on other people

Any project can be done for free, it is just the hosting that might get a problem for a project like this.

If you plan on making something this scale, you have to get a proper and quick hosting.

Also you will need a clean and fast code, everything will have to be done professionally, and wont be done in 2 days.

Another thing that all of these projects have is their own dedicated server, maybe even 2 (one for webservice, other for database services)

Those are the only things that you have to pay for to get this to actually work.

The rest can be done by yourself, these projects wont be very costly, but you might have to make a one time investment to get everything running properly and quick.

Because nobody would want to have a slow stats service.
