Constant server lag, timeouts, network troubles ect

My server doesn't have a crash where it stops, It will either crash your mta, lag and timeout, Or just say network trouble. When it diconnects you, it goes back to default. All the resources that we're started stop and everything like play and freeroam are on. I reinstalled my server serveral times and nothing can solve this.

I'm having worse problems. I don't have enough time to find out before it crashes me. It has "network trouble" and then my mta crashes.
