Server acl and account making format?

Hello I just made a mta server and I need to make a account through account.xml and acl.xml, Although I don't know how? Can someone please post the two formats

The file accounts.xml is not used in 1.0.4, it has been replaced by a file called internal.db.

Well, Do you know how to make a account on it anyways? I really need help with it, Register doesn't work. My server is hosted too.

I believe you need a SQL browser to open it.

I have it open at the moment. I've tried formats like , and it looks like this:

yet it doesn't login, it says no known account name or something

Just make sure the 'admin' resource is running and type /register nickname password .

The resource admin is not enabled, It's not started on default. I have no admin account to login to and start the admin panel.

Open the "mtaserver.conf" file which is located in your server folder (\MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\).

Add the following line in "mtaserver.conf" under the text underneath.

<resource src="admin" startup="1" />

Now restart your server and try to register again.
