[HELP] Map editor still not working

I Reinstalled MTA and all the stuff..

But when i click Map Editor

On the Main Menu it keeps saying:

CONNECT

Connecting to local Server...

Or something like that..

And it wont go further with loading...

PLEASE help me because i need to work on my server
