Hello, I don't know if this is the right forum, if it isn't, place it to another forum.

Every day I see people uploading vehicle mods (.dff and .txd files from someone else).

Everyone says in their reactions: "You don't may upload vehicle mods that aren't yours".

But the uploaders don't read the reactions, and keep continuing uploading files that they didn't made (but actually stolen from a mod site).

Isn't there something like an announcement (at the uploading page or something) that says: "When you upload a mod that isn't yours it will be deleted"?
