I need help forwarding ports

well i have gone trough the entire process in portforward.com, made a static ip and still people that try to connect using my public ip:22003 crash.

I dont know what else to do so i would like some help

First, check if you forwarded the port 22003 correctly using this website: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

If the port is still closed, please state your router's model number.

my router is a 2wire 2700HGV-2

Are you sure your computer has a static IP? Which Windows version are you running?

People shouldn't crash when they try to connect even if it isn't reachable.
