Art Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 Yeah. Just installed MTA from those fine gents at moddb. I am now sitting here with absolutely no clue on what to do. All I know is that the installer made the MTA folder in C:\Program Files(x86) with a server folder and an uninstall option. And if it matters at all, my copy of SA is from Steam. Please help me out here, this mod looks great and I really want to try it. Link to comment

0 Art Posted May 2, 2010 Author Share Posted May 2, 2010 Mkay. I'll download a patch and re-install. E: Just downloaded GTA SA No Disc. I'm gonna' throw the .exe in the directory and see what happens. Also, do I have to put the MTA folder in the GTASA directory? Link to comment

0 dzek (varez) Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 resintall mta, wherever you want, and be sure to specify correct path to GTA SAN ANDREAS (something like: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto san andreas) edit: i just bought gta classics from steam, so ill try it too Link to comment
0 SirTerning Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 Could have been an idea to make a tutorial how to get MTA working with Steam GTA etc, because clueless people that just want to start play multiplayer gives really fast up Just a tip Anyhow, reinstall mta and there will be a shortcut on your desktop saying *Play multi theft auto* Click does it come up with an error msg?
