Map Editor Scroll

Okay, so in the map editor in MTA:SA you can scroll down at the bottom left corner to change the definition of pickups and stuff. But when i try nothing happens?

Information:

I know that my scroll wheel works

Yes i restarted MTA

I'm in the singleplayer map editor not online.

It has worked before this day but not now.

I have reinstalled MTA after the problem occured.

Try setting a mode first? In the map settings or anything that does the same job.
