How do you run this speedometer ?

Hi im very new to mta and have struggled to even make a server but i, well think i have but i want to put a speedometer on, this one !

You need to place the resource in C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources. (I don't know if that's the exact path to your MTA resources folder).

I presume your using a listen server (Menu > Host Game), so in the menu simply add 'dxspeedometer' and start it up. (or if you've added yourself as admin in acl.xml, type /refresh and /start dxspeedometer.)

Also providing only IP's doesn't fit you any better than being crawled by Google. You cannot connect to a MTA server without a port.

You should check yourself that the speedometer works. When it does, you will know.

The same procedure applies for most resources downloaded off MTA website.

im not useing in-game server were you add it i now what you mean i am running the server.exe in the server part of my mta's directory ? also i dont no how to make my self admin but never mind yet . Sorry im a compleat noob pleas still help

Place it there. Now in MtaServer.exe, just write: "Start dxspeedometer" without quotes.

Btw, this is also used for many resources too like "Start Stealth" or "Start race".
