Editor crashes

The program starts up fine, but when I click on map editor the load screen starts up and about half way right where it usually pauses for a fraction of a second it crashes back to the desktop. I have have ultimate editor for SA installed, i dont know if that would cause problems.

any help would be appreciated I been looking for a solution for weeks

anyone? I also have an map editor installed called editor map construction.. I don't know if that causes any issues. No one knows?

uhh, what are those map editor programs?

You could just make maps without them you know.

Im still noob to mapping.. but how can you without mapper?

I found the solution. I uninstalled all my car mods.

If you run into this error, do these steps

Check and see if you have any game mods installed

Check and see if anything has been removed or added to your game files

Check and see if your game version is 1.0

If you have mods installed(yes, car skins too) Replace your Gta3.img with the orignal file

If you have lots of mods - reinstall the game

Install MTA Race 1.1.1 and Enjoy
