Uhm in what folder i need to put the file?

You have to put it in:

C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\resources\ (this is the default directory)

Then start the server (C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\server\) and write "start gatemarker" (without quotes).
