Something I would like to get on MTA 1.0.4 or later

I thought of somethings that i would like to get in the next version of mta.

They are:

1:] When the resources are being downloaded show different parts of SA than a black screen.

2:] Add a headlight color changer in the map editor.

3:] Make games hosted on 'Host game' available on the browse server list

4:] Make the GUI screens more attractive like 3d tittle bar which's colors can be changed.

1:] Scriptable

2:] Could be scriptable but is really not necessary. If you need headlight color change, it's one script line, and putting it into the editor is just plain unnecessary.

3:] I'd rather they weren't and most permanent servers are hosted with the dedicated server. Servers that aren't permanent would probably not manage to stay up for long enough to be picked up.

4:] What is this?

4] He means make user interfaces more eye catching, like 3D, and you can change colors etc..
