thanks for those, didnt help my problem in vc any but thanks. lol i guess i'm stuck with this problem which is actually an advantage for me, when i'm going at top speed in any car or bike, it feels like i'm going 20. very bizarre

Try downloading the speed mod which tells you how fast your going.

BTW this maynot be a performance issue. What type of game setup are you playing with? Keyboard,mouse,controller or wheel?
