Maybe the most annoying issue of all time?

I need this to be resolved asap, because I don't want to loose my work.

On the Map Editor, I alt-tabbed, then came back on to find that I could not click OK or Cancel on the object menu. My friend had the same issue with the vehicle menu. I have lots and lots of work not saved, and after waiting 30 mins to see if auto-backup would kick in, it did not and nothing is saved.

I have tried pressing lots of buttons and things, nothing works. I can also not change catagory. I can move my mouse and select different objects.

CTRL+S did not save it.

Any help?

the problem with not working gui buttons has been resolved by now. you can wait for the next release or use the most recent developer nightly build right now: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/

Do you know what version it was fixed on?

mtasadm-1.0.4-untested-14-20100219.exe should be the first version including this fix but there should be no problem with using the lates nightly mtasadm-1.0.4-untested-15-20100220.exe

and what do you mean by "any waycan i save my work?" do you still have the editor running? you might check the editor_test resource or the editor_dump resource in \MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\resources\
