Simple resource to replace a vehicle model

Hi

I am totally new to MTA - and I have searched high and low for a resource that does this but I cant find one. Is there a simple way to replace a default car model with a custom vehicle mod?

I searched everything I could think of (custom, vehicle, vehiclemodel, swap), etc but not replace!!!

Hi

I installed these resources, but they try to run as a gamemode. What can i do?

I changed the description to client, but I dont think it worked - it doesnt start downloading the resources

You can always start resources with "start" command, even if it's gamemode. If it doesn't start downloading client-side files then you must be getting error messages. Check the console.

I have tried it with the start command

It loads the resource and starts to download the file, however it stops about 1/3rd of the way, and then times out.

Do you know what might be causing this?

I have no idea how it can stop downloading after downloading has started. Usually there is something wrong with meta.xml but you should get error message in this case.
