So i have a question: Will this work, if client will be older than 1.0.4 or must I force them to update? And anybody knows when 1.0.4 will be released? I don`t know where to put this topic, so I posted it here, feel free to move it, if I`m wrong. 0 MTA Team jhxp Posted January 26, 2010 MTA Team Posted January 26, 2010 Reintroduction of custom handling is planned for 1.1, not for 1.0.4. 1.1 will be a major update focused on improvements and new features, and you can expect that it's gonna require both servers and players to update to be able to play, might also involve some scripting changes depending on what's introduced or changed. 1.0.4 on the contrary is going to be a smaller bugfix update, and like with earlier updates it likely will be compatible with earlier releases (though naturally with a recommendation of upgrading the client and server to latest version regardless). Note that at this point we are not sure whether we should do a 1.0.4, or just jump straight to 1.1. One of the [VCP] leaders // honorary member of the =PCP= gang. Do not PM me your MTA:SA Client / Server support questions, Lua scripting questions, unban requests or server toplist concerns - please ask them here: MTA:SA Support subforum, here: Scripting subforum, here: Ban appeals or here: Servers instead. For other inquiries - please expect delays in replies when messaging me.
