ok heres how to do step by step

1. download the resource(link provided in the topic) and a map which supports zombies(or make one yourself)

2. put the resource and map in your resource folder (program files/MTA san andreas/server/mods/deathmatch/resources)

3. Add this line to your mtaserver notepad file (scroll down till you see similar lines but with other resource names)

<---- this line for the zombies

<---- this line is for a map i downloaded, you can find it on this site

4. start your server and go to the place where the zombie spawns are(if you have a map you should go to the place of the map)

5. have fun shooting zombies
