Looks like the first file it tries to install fails, meaning either you don't have write permissions for the installation folder you chose or your HDD is full. It'll probably be the first one.

Install MTA with an Administrator account.

Make sure that if you've already had MTA installed it isn't running at the same time as you try to install the new version.
