Question: MTA Map Editor

I have a question about the MTA Map Editor:

Where can I download it, and how can I spawn vehicles? I need to make some screenshots so someone can script it for me on his server.

I also need to spawn objects. Where can I find the object ID's?

download the latest version of mta (1.0.3) and install it. make sure to tick the map editor then run mta start the editor. no ids required, it has a wonderful browser.
