Server on router

Hello, I've got Asus WL-AM604g so my PC have internal ip address, and external is on my router. How can i create sever? I found this thing and entered some ports, but I'm not sure what I'm doing:

Is this the router manager or something? Cant figure out what they are exactly. Configure the server settings through the mtaserver.conf file located in C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch (default). Note: leave the IP entry left out in mtaserver.conf since it automatically retrieves the right IP for you.
