Someone should make a dedicated Race server.

The admin could specify for where to where the races would be, i have trouble finding people that will organize a race on the servers. there could still be fighting, but it would be nice to have all the people that want to race on the same server.

You could host a server that had something like {RACING ONLY} in it's name, but there's no way of forcing people to behave.
