Cant move camera, and the screen is overly bright.

just to say, is overly even a word, appologies.

allright so i load this up today to try the new valhalla server

couldnt find it so i thought id test out another server

i couldnt move my camera around.. it was like locked to one position

and when i tried other servers to be sure it wasnt the one i played, the same thing happened

i restarted my pc and it didnt change anything so

i asked a couple dudes on there but they didnt know the answer

as for the screen, i tried to change my settings in gta_sa.exe because i had the brightness turned up there

but i reset the defaults on all settings, nothing changed

so i thought id ask here
