Camera panning

Hi,

Is there a way to change the way the camera pans? Like in SA-MP? Instead of up being down and down being up.. Can change it to down being up and up being down if you know what i mean?

What, you mean the mouse inversion? You gotta do that in the singleplayer settings, ie. by starting GTA-SA without MTA.

If that's not what you meant, I'm afraid you're going to have to describe the problem a bit better.
