i have a question. is there any way i can play with a friend over lan/tcp/ip/internet with the computer players in the games? you know like the other drivers just driving around and people walking on the sidewalks and stuff. i just want some rampaging fun with my buddy

Then i guess you could use a 2-player beta mod but that's for single player and its not than pleasant, however its possible over mta (1.0) but mind you it will be hard creating a script for the peds to act exactly like SP and LAN is possible too.
