MTA,mIRC and MTAmA

Hi all! When i install mIRC and MTAmA,and download the addon-PRS1.3,I copy the .mrc file into mIRC directory.I open mIRC and write: /load -rs mta-prs.1.0.mrc,tried 1.0,1.1,1.3 My error is No such file Huh

Nobody knows any solution..?And

That is in the notepad on MTAmA v3.2.3 What is it?And that "No such file"error??

and do not modify the command
