Help urgent please

I have just installed Map Editor and race but its not working, I go on then I click MAP editor Preview and it says resource has not been installed or somthing similar to that.

Then I installed my whole MTA then installed race and MAP editor then it comes up with a new loading screen but still says "Stop Playing With Youself" then nothing happens thats it? Can anyone help?

For MTA SA DM there is no map editor yet. And I think you got Vista so race will not work on it.
