Can't Load Race Editor

I got this Problem and Reinstaling dosen't help me... Could someone post a Reply with a Toturial to fix it...

I am using Windows XP

There are already a lot of other topics about this problem... Next time use the search function please.

Either:

Install race v1.1.1(which can be found here) first and then without deinstalling 1.1.1 install 1.1.2 in the exact same folder as 1.1.1.

Or:

1. rename the "MTA San Andreas\mods\editor" folder to "MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\"

2. copy the models folder from MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\ to MTA San Andreas\mods\race\

3. create \mods\map_editor\maps
