Hey All I Got Cool Server But If Some One Can Do This :

1 . give me map editor .. the really map editor ..

2 . help me in : do houses for sell

3 . help me in : do cars for sell ( mod shop cars ) ( car shop )

4 . do missons in the server ..

2 to 4) Making an all-out copy of an existing server is a SHITTY idea, and to top it off you apparently have no idea how much work goes in it.

If you're still interested in making your own server, (and get your own ideas, geez.) go to the wiki and learn scripting.
