Random crashing and stuff...

I crash at seems like random times.. ( can be at main menu, changing settings, in a server playing or selecting a character)

I cant skip the intro movie/credits every time I start the game.. why can't you?

I cant use my Game Pad in MTA.. Why not?? (So, how do I make it so I can look around with my mouse while in car and on foot?)
