Removing EAX and nVidia splash screens?

Before my old hdd died on me I had it to where there were no intro videos or screens at all for MTA. I've narrowed it down to just the EAX and nVidia splash screens now, but I'm not sure how to get rid of those. There's a couple mods that I have that remove them, but they only work for single player. If anyone knows of a way to get this to work for MTA I'd appreciate it.

Of course the intro and logos in the beginning are nice, but they are not good when you need to get in game quickly.

Could the MTA team maybe add some option to the settings, where you can switch on/off the intro stuff?

Well removing the videos is pretty simple. All you have to do is go into the San Andreas folder, find the folder the (I think 3) videos are in and then just move them or rename them. I just forgot what I did to get rid of the splash screens, but I did have them removed before.
