Can't run MTA:DM Server

[XtraCt]

when i trying to start the server i getting this error:

  
$ ./mta_server 
./core.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied 
ERROR: Could not load ./core.so

how i can solve it ?

chmod it

chmod +x core.so

in the directory its located
