Download Error #0-28

Every time I try to download resources from certain servers. Some servers work great and I can get the resources quickly. Others, not so well. It dont even start and gives me the "Download Error #0-28" error.

probably a problem at the server end

if your running a private server ( on pc at home ) u get that error if the ports on your royter havent been forawrded or if u have a firewall blocking access

got the same problem, all servers work except for my favourite one...

always getting damn error 0-28, saying the downloadspeed is too low

can't mta require 128kps instead of 256?

And I thought I had slow internet with my ±300 kb/s download...
