I suggest running an antivirus / spyware check on your computer to see if anything is eating up your bandwidth, downloading or running things such as torrents while ingame wont help either

Mach am besten mal alle Programme aus welche du nebenbei laufen hast, also auch icq msn und den ganzen quark ..vorallem auch firefox.
