I can't start webadmin

When I start the server, I get the following error message:

[01:36:20] ERROR: Unable to start resource webadmin; Failed to start resource it 
em admin.js which is required 

It works perfectly on my Windows XP PC but when I lauch the server on my Windows Vista PC, I get that error.

I started the ajax resource but it still doesn't work.
