Guest Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 I keep getting Could not parse 'settings.xml' file (). Starting with an empty settings registry i can not even go on the server on my pc/laptop i have tried 127.0.0.0 and Localhost but non of them work ive port forwared my ports and still nothing
Brophy Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 settings.xml error is normal, dont worry about it, are you sure you are connecting to the right port? the server uses the mtaserver.conf, not the local.conf
Stevvo Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 127.0.0.0 The loopback IP address is 127.0.0.1, not 127.0.0.0, this could be why it did not work for you.
