Hello, im just new here but i got a question.

I have no brains for scripting and i dont know how it works but i got a request

Btw I got MTA : Sa Race V 1.1.1. ok?

When i join littlewhiteneys server and i look in the chatbox it says automatticly : Welcome to my server etc

Somthing like this : Welcome to my server.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?? Give me a full explenation and give me a link for .LUA???? i dont now what it is but.. please
