is it possible that a server adds a song to a certain area, a song maybe thats in gta or our own, for example when you get near the com alot hotel you hear a song, or instead a sounnd of crowd talking, but when you get away from that area the song stops playing

Make a collision shape, when the player 'hits' it, do playSoundFrontEnd ( player , sound ). When they leave the collision shape, just stop the sound playing.
