OffRoader23 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 I made a very basic parachute script. It attaches a shot using attachElementToElement and then lowers your gravity a lot when you fire and have a parachute, also if your falling it sets your velocity to very low so you don't die. I haven't script moving in the air functions as of yet, so you can just sorta fall with it. You can't make it do the single player animations yet. Hopefully something is done with it in DP3.
Ransom Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 We are working on proper parachutes in dp3, we have a basic version so far. Noone is going to make sp mimicking parachutes before us due to the need of setting animations and such not available in dp2.
