problems with mta race

i know mta race is old but i need the mapeditor for it and when i start it up it shows the frist part:stop playing with ur self"

then i waited nothing happend i played sa-mp but wanted the map editor and now i cant get it btw i have vista

what you do is you remove the client.dll from Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\race the only thing you have is the map editor so you wont be able to race online
